Commissioned by “Marinas del Caribe”, INCAT is designing two new marinas in the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua, located on the peninsula of El Bluff and Corn Island.

These new resorts combine high-level accommodations with the first marinas which will serve the Atlantic coast of Nicaragua.

The new marinas will allow the capture of a share of pleasure boats traffic that cross the Caribbean, currently without calling in Nicaragua due to lack of facilities.

The Bluff is set to be the large marina, having all the services, including comprehensive maintenance of boats. As home port and place for long scales, it will have services specifically dedicated to the crews as the gym • spa and shopping mall.

In Corn Island the marina focuses on transiting boats, boat charter and sailing in an environment well-known for its natural values.
